Considering selling my 2017 CMOR and getting the hybrid. But I'd like to hear real time MPG that people are getting with every day driving. Not necessarily while in 4wd or towing, as I don't tow and I understanding mileage sucks when in 4WD, just using it daily, what is everyone averaging?

Thanks and sorry if this has been asked, but I'm looking for up to date results now that the '22 has been out for a while.

Probably a couple months out from real world hybrid results as they were set to start selling Spring 22 IIRC.

Just remember these trucks are capable of epa mileage so whatever the sticker tells you is likely. However you could get better. Or depending on your daily drive a lot worse.

I wouldn't set my expectations too high. It is an improvement over Gen2.5 w/ the 5.7 V8 but I think 18 combined will be common on the hybrid for the average driver where some folks will get the combined est of 21.

It heavily depends on how fast you drive on the highway and the outside temperature. It seems a lot of people getting 17-19 mpg are in cold regions with 70+ mph speed limits and people getting 19-22 mpg are in warmer regions with lower speed limits.

I expect the hybrid will be similar to the non-hybrid on the highway, especially at much higher speeds (70-80 mph). City is where you could gain a lot.

Current tank…400 mixed highway/town driving…19.7mpg. Best one yet.

I think my expectations were unrealistically higher. I also have a Prius, and was hoping the hybrid Tundra would at least hit the high 20s. There's other non-hybrid trucks that can probably get 18 or better.

@ 6000 miles now. Seeing 16 MPG in Houston. Commute 90 miles per day (95% Freeway). Usually around 75mph. To give you an idea on driving habbits, same commute with the last three 5.7 ltr RAM 1500 would be 16 -17MPG.

Expected to be close to EPA but cant touch it. With the extra cost of Gen3, poor fuel consumption and numerous Engine Malfunction warnings/issues am disappointed starting to look at going back to V8

@ 2000 miles of mostly 75mph highway driving. 20mpg seems to be the best it will do in very flat FL. My Silverado was a bit better but who’s counting.

I am not heavy footed, come off the line like a grandma, my drive pulse score is 98 over almost 1800 miles. 90% of my driving is 80mph on I-10, I cant quite break 17mpg in my 4x4. I'm about to start coming off the line like I want to and see if it affects it enough to bother me, I have been basically seeing just how good I can get, and that's about it.
