    G’day guys and gals,
Found my way to Tundras via a MRW wheel thread.
Unfortunately don’t have access to Aust. delivered Toyota Tundra here as yet unless personal import, RHD conversion and engineering.
Have the closest thing available here being the HiLux Rugged-X.
Look forward to seeing what’s available and being configured to the Tundra platform.
    Cheers, JC (Rugged-X) DC6C2F8F-BD16-472A-ACD7-76DBB112EC8A.jpg

Welcome to the forum OP. The Hilux has legend status around the world and we’re all jealous of them here in the states. How do y’all feel about the Tacoma that we get stateside? I have a feeling if we got the Hilux here, we would all just nitpick and complain about it anyway.

Welcome From the Great State of Texas! Love the Hi-Lux. I’d rather have a diesel hi-lux over our domestic tundra.

    Isn’t the Hilux a one-ton whereas the Tundra is only a half-ton?

    Great truck, OP. Welcome!
We’d complain that it isn’t comfortable enough because we are soft and weak and will not survive the winter.

Welcome from Oklahoma! Like the older Hilux trucks, not so sure about this newest look though. Are the new models as rugged as say the late 90's?
