Does anyone sell just the plug and play harness to essentially replace the speakers with aftermarket versions but use the exisiting wiring?

I ask as I am in Dubai, and would just order the wiring but buy the heavier/bulkier parts such as the speakers/amp/subwoofer here, and then just install myself.

Shipping all that across to here will cost 2 kidneys, 1 liver and firstborn with the way that fossil fuel is priced.

double check compatibility with your year but something like this:
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GEIP7RW?ie=UTF8
Metra 72-8104 Speaker Wire Adapters for Select Toyota Vehicles

In reality, they aren't worth it...just clip the wires and use some butt connectors.
