What's your payload/towing capacity?

I'm currently planning out my Tundra configuration and every time I run through it it seems like the Limited TTV6 DoubleCab 4x4 is the perfect mix between a daily driver and a utility truck. At least according to the website, it has 1,820 payload vs 1,940, and 11,110 vs 12,000 towing capacity compared to a base model SR5. My only concern is I assume those numbers don't include packages or other accessories. So I'm curious about what your trim, cab size, and packages are along with your payload/towing capacity so I can hopefully guestimate what I'd actually be looking at with my package configuration. If you have the exact configuration I'm looking for that's even better! But any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a link to what my configuration looks like now:

But speaking of packages, is Toyota just trying to ring me out for every last penny they can, or can you really not get "Trailer Backup Guide" and "Air Suspension" without getting the top-end package that includes a bunch of crap I don't want...? The closest thing I can figure out is to just get the $1990 "Limited PVM Package With Options" and add the air suspension on my own, but at that point, I might as well just spend the extra $2035 to get it installed by Toyota themselves with a warranty along with a bunch of other "free" crap. I may never use it, but I guess it's there if I ever need it. I guess I'm just annoyed that there's no "Towing Package" that just has those 2 features together. Is that something I configure more precisely at the dealer or am I SOL?

Oh wow, I don't know how I missed that! I guess after scrolling for a while the text starts to blur in your mind. Thanks for linking that! I guess forgo this thread then. :p

So looks like the 3rd gen is similar to the 2nd then which is nice to hear.

Yeah, it seems to be that way too often. As much as I love everything about the 3rd gen (twin-turbo is honestly worrying to me but I trust Toyota) but the configurations are a bit obnoxious. But what can you do I guess..

Haha wow... And I thought it was annoying trying to decide between a TRD Pro and Platinum cause of CRAWL vs HUD! At least towing mirrors should be easy to install in your own driveway I'd imagine.
