Searched but I cant nail it down. Will 2016 headlights fit in my 2007?

I know these type of questions get old and I apologize in advance. There is a nice set for sale locally for cheap.

 

The only way they will fit is if you had a whole front end conversion...hood, fenders, etc. They are 2 sizes and styles.

 

Fitting is one thing and having the correct wiring harness is another thing too.
The top two headlights folks go with are Alpharex and Morimoto for our 2nd Gen Tundras.

 

Short answer is no.

The 2007-2013 are one style and shape while the 2014-2021 are another style and shape. Around 2018 is when the wiring changed and they went to LED headlights.

The 2014+ headlights would require the 2014+ front end swap. Hood, fenders, bumper ect.
