In October, I put a deposit down on a Platinum Tundra, with production scheduled for early March and delivery at the end of March. The Tundra will replace our aging Suburban, and I am hopeful it will be better able to tow our 30’ travel trailer for a planned cross country trip in late spring. This site has provided a wealth of information as we await our truck.

Hi, Neil, welcome from SoCal! Are you tracking progress on that truck build? I’ve been reading that recent earthquake in Japan will cause more delays in chip manufacturing. I hope yours is already in progress!

Edited: which Ontario? Which country, US or Canada?

thanks to you and others for the welcome messages.

We live in Ontario, Canada, on the south shore of Georgian Bay, where we are enjoying weather mild enough to melt the rather large snowbanks that accumulate over the winter.

I had an update from the dealer today telling me that the Tundra is in transit, and I should expect a mid April delivery.
