    I have an oem remote start on my ‘17 SR5, and I was looking to add a remote smart by phone feature.

    the start x plus compustar combo seems to be go to; however wanted to see if there’s anything that can be added to enable that feature with the oem system, and, importantly, that’s more cost effective than a full aftermarket set up.
