Baja Design S8 Installed & Happy!

Not in a hurry Colton, My light bar when I do it will go down below. I’m not messing with the hood. Taking the easy route.

 

So do I bring BBQ and all the wood in the truck bed when I head north to have you install all my lights for me @memario1214 ??

 

Same thing happened to me...moved the light bought more tabs and put everything back together. Really scary though...

 

I have my stock chrome buldge that I removed to add my oem color matched grille. Looking to part ways with it.

 

Are there any other locations members have been mounting their 40" S8?

The thought of cutting support brackets and drilling 3.25" holes to the hood for a setup that seems to have multiple issues keeps looking less and less appealing.

I mean I'll probably go through with it anyway. But are there any other options?

 

I don’t like the idea either. Don’t leave much room for error. I’m passing on adding mine there. When the time is right I will get my light bar for my bumper from HotShot off-road. I’m not trying to discourage you from doing it. But I had light bars in my other Toyota trucks and it’s a lot more easy adding them.

Awesome. Looking forward to the pictures. I was hoping too get mine done this weekend but it doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate. Also have some BD Squadron Pros for ditch lights that are burning a hole in my garage table waiting to be installed
