    Nice job!

I work with such sensitive people that I can barely speak anymore.
I'd much rather be building steps.

Best part of this job is I barely talk with the property managers. They send me the job and I go do it. Plus everyday is something different.

My friend had a giant mutt named "kitty". It surprised me the first time I was there when he said "come here kitty" and a 160lb dog lumbered in.

With @FrenchToasty 's setup now better on my radar, I am starting to think about air tank options. Which leads me to thinking about a water tank as well, one that can be pressurized for legit hose action. I haven't gotten very far into this idea but it seems possible.

I like my Waterport. It’s only 3.5g but plenty for 2 quick showers. And you can pressurize it with a bike pump or the built in pump. Costco has them on sale sometimes. But with recent inflation you might be able to diy it cheaper.

I was thinking tanks in rear quarterpanels would be slick, there's some space there, but could be tricky trying to fit anything cylindrical. I could also see cylinders on top of the wheel humps mounted somehow. With our 8' beds in we RC drivers, tons of room, just tricky trying to protect against impact.

Some quick research looks like it's possible, but adds some elements that are probably unnecessary or add some inconvenience. Probably put a tank with an rv style pump down there instead.

I really don't like those square GMC wells. Every picture I see of a 22, especially owner pics, look like a limousine crossed with a chrysler 300 and got a little taller and grew a bed.

My neighbor just traded his Supra in for a regular BMW. He bought the Supra right away and over 2 years barely put 2600 miles on it because he couldn't bring his kids anywhere. He got a BMW 2-something, they have too many damn variants to keep track of. It has a back seat and the dame motor the Supra had, plus it cost less.

He mentioned a better model is supposed to come out in 2 years, this 1000hp isn't what he described though. I would love to see Toyota bring that thing out even in a limited run, just as long as they join races with it to kick some Corvette ass.

With the escalating fuel prices I'm kicking around the idea of buying a Corolla Hybrid sooner rather than later. Plan was to wait until next year, but considering I'd get at least double the mileage of the Durango it may be worth it.

I'm thinking he bought the Supra so he didn't HAVE to bring his kids anywhere. That would be my thinking but the wifey overruled him post purchase. :D

How could you conceivably overlook something like that?

    I thought the same.

He is a bit of a car guy. When he got the Supra he also had an Infinity 2 door, a Subaru BRZ, and a Civic. That doesn't count his wife's SUV or his truck, but I observed the fleet of 2 door tuner friendly cars and thought some young guys must live in that house. I pictured a roommate situation. Nope, they were all his, he is in his early 40s.

He old the Subaru and threw that money into his Infinity. The Civic is for his 16 year old daughter. He traded his wife's Chevy suv for a BMW suv (I don't like BMW but I admit it looks sharp). I told him if his daughter is 16 she won't want to ride with you for long anyway, but he pointed out that his son is 3 years old. Ahah, that he is stuck with.

He did mention that if he decided to sell his Chevy truck he wants a Tundra. I told him wait a few years, the 2022 has things to sort out.

Edit- I just looked at the lineup, the car he traded the Supra for is the M240i X drive. Looks like a little rocket. He got the dark purple color.

It looks like DIY PVC with a schrader style valve, pressure relief, fill and water supply ports could be an interesting project.

Fill your spare tire with water, use it as your water tank.

Maybe schedule 80. Run an 80# relief and shoot water at any Ridgelines that drive by.

Don’t be silly, you can’t keep up with a Ridgeline in your mgm!! You need to paint your truck black!

Welp, gas finally jumped the shark at the local station. If I worked at the gas station I buy from, 1 hour of labor would officially buy ~30 minutes of interstate driving during non-peak hours. With how much apartment prices have gone up around me, I I don't see how anyone could live within 20 minutes of here to work there. I can't imagine throwing away almost 1/4 of my pay commuting back and forth to work.

I mean, it's not like it was much better last month when gas was 30% cheaper, I'm just glad it's not me stuck in that cashier's job, I could never afford my tinkering :monocle:
