2006 Tundra Limited Crew Cab 4x4

Every video or thread says there’s a hole for a screwdriver to adjust the headlights. I just opened the hood and can’t find it. Someone said you can’t adjust a 2006. Anyone out there that can drop some knowledge on this subject??
