I am a newbie and this is my first post. I own a 17 TSS with Bilstein 5100's on all four corners with 1 inch blocks in rear. I would like to raise this truck 3 inches qith the hope of keeping the shocks I have. My budget is hopefully no more that 1500. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Westcott designs makes a collar that fits your shocks to give you 3” then you can choose a size rear block or shackle to get the front to rear stance you like.

Welcome from NC! What setting do you have your front 5100s currently set at?

Are you trying to get a 3" lift from stock height or add 3" to your maxed out 5100? Just know that around 3" from stock height you normally need new upper control arms. So if you are wanting maxed 5100 plus 3" you will definitely need new UCAs

If you are maxed on the 5100s that puts you around 2.5” of current lift. You can not get another three inches out of that suspension setup without doing a drop bracket kit assuming that you have 4wd. Your CV axles will get destroyed and you will never be able to get it aligned. You can realistically get maybe 1 more inch with some spacers but the ride will suck.
Edit: here is a starting point but search the site. There is lots of good info.

If you want to go 3" above your 2.5/1 level, you need a normal lift kit with all that goes with it.

    Your talking LOTS more money.

Search the suspension section and that link above.

Pay once, cry once... Plenty of options to achieve that lift your looking for... Eibach or Toytec Coilovers is a solid choice, not bottom shelf, not top shelves like Kings or Fox, but affordable and solid set-up...Good luck.

@skipetex, please, PLEASE, don't waste your money going cheap. If you buy a cheap lift, you will get crap for ride quality, crap for off-road ability, and crap for safety. Not to mention the fact that you will probably end up breaking stuff on your truck and you will end up spending more money than you would have if you just saved up and got something good.
When you lift, don't forget to budget extended brake lines, extended wheel speed sensor lines, upper control arms, and all the other things that come with changing the geometry of the suspension.

Do a lot more research and save up more money so you don't waste it.

I concur with Great Basin and everyone else here. I put on 6112's on top setting and added anther 1/4" riser to get me true 3". While I did do the drop kit at the time, I did not put on UCA's because 1. I didn't have enough cash hidden from my wife at the time and 2. the shop told me they could (but barely) get me aligned. For the last six months, until last week, my truck rode like total crap. My steering sucked, the truck would tend to dart around at high speeds after any decent bump in the road. It was bad. I just installed the Total Chaos UCA's and out of all I've done to my truck, this was the single best and most noticeable change.

I know money burns holes in our pockets for our trucks, but take their advice and wait until you can do it right, with the parts that will last. Otherwise, you're going to get something you're going to end up hating or changing in the near future. Good luck!
