When I turn off ignition of my '21 Tundra, my radio cuts off immediately. Is there a way to adjust that so that, like other newer vehicle makes, I get 5 minutes where radio keeps playing after shutting off?

I guess that has something to do with the push-button start.
My rental Tacoma does the same thing.

I leave my wife in the truck to run into the store leaving the radio on for her and it shuts off.:(
That would tend to be annoying..

No. I have a '17 Chevy SS that gives me five minutes. I thought that was the norm. I'm so lo-tech that I assumed I'd missed something in manual, but I see nothing.
