Hood Decal

I tried a search and could not find anything regarding hood decals for the '22s. Is anyone aware of where they may be available? Thanks

What are you looking for specifically? Are you looking for an anti-glare hood decal? If so, I haven't seen any for the 3rd Gen yet.

I ran one on a previous vehicle (FJ Cruiser) and it worked great.

Yeah, I am looking for the anti glare hood decal. I had one on my 2010 TT FJ as well and really liked the look and function.

 

I have heard of folks that have had "custom" ones created at shops that do vehicle wraps. I'm sure for a vehicle wrap shop it would be an easy project.

 

I’ve been emailing RLM Signs and he headed out to a lot already to mock up examples. I got my Tacoma hood decal through him and it was awesome. Easy to install.

An example of my Tacoma I sold to order my Tundra. I had the extra wide decal with the TACO-MT logo option

 

This was his past offering for Tacomas, I imagine he’ll have similar options sized for Tundra hoods

 

PapaDave, I really appreciate the suggestion. I will reach out to them, and see if there are any plans as of yet to offer this for the '22 Tundras.

 

Make your own! Get some matte black vinyl and some knifeless tape - there are a lot of DIYs on YouTube
