It's taken me a while to figure this out. But, years ago you flattened your hand in a machine. And now it get's fat when you work it? Oof.

The story might be in Noah’s camp fire thread, but yeah. I wouldn’t say I can feel the weather changing, other than it aches more than normal haha I’m glad I still have use of my hand and my arm.

Have a group of friends from college that say to be truly wealthy, you need to make a million a year. Thats what they consider millionaires. I'm not there yet, but maybe one day who knows. I disagree with their logic BTW, but find the different ideas of what makes a millionaire interesting

Haha, none of those guys make a million a year! And hopefully anyone with a family on here is worth more dead than alive, just don't let the SO know too much about that

If this is the one you mean they aren't uniball. It kinda looks like it from the photo but its just a machined part that the ball joint bolts to.

So they could sell their home and move into a trailer home and then be considered millionaires? That doesn’t make much sense.

So if you make a profit of a million on a business you own but only take $50k in salary and put $950k back in the business, is that being a millionaire?

There's only one other person here tonight, and they are stuck on the other side of the building. Plus I've got three bigass fans in the ceiling cranked to 11 with the knob ripped off. Floors are dry by the time I start the next section.

    Not worried about it.

As a Financial Advisor, I never use primary residence when figuring current net worth. I do use the kind of stuff you are talking about in planning and as strategy though. After you sell your ten million dollar house and move into a van down by the river, I would add the difference to your net worth. The typical person is not going to make that drastic of a change, so the point is to not get any illusions that a primary residence adds to your current net worth.

Haha, to answer your question would take a couple of cases of beer and a night with said friends. The point they made was that a million dollars isn't what it used to be. Hell, at the rate we are printing money a million dollars a year might not be much before too long. What is the true definition of a millionaire though? Is it the value of your primary residence, everything you own, 401k's, ESOP's, and cash savings? If so, everyone should be a millionaire by 50 at the latest right? It's an interesting subject

I might be a millionaire living, by a loose antiquated definition, but it doesn't mean what it used to and my wealth is comparatively nothing where I live. I consider myself low middle class. And a redneck, unless I need to clean up.

Never set out to impress in the first place. The only reason I mopped was to cover my tracks. Post going up soon, but Fluid film is pretty slick on a concrete floor. Didn't want to just mop the one spot to make it obvious. Mopped the whole thing to cover all my tracks. Except these posts....
