Can't believe I am saying this but I would take that same build in smoked mesquite. I don't know why but that color is growing on me with the saddle tan interior. I like the color match front and everything else dark.

To be honest, the look is kinda growing on me (obviously no one would take it wheeling, but as a lifted, deep-dished mall crawler, hmmm..)

 

A mall crawler that can't fit in a parking spot.

 

Mine is supposed to be a Limited crewmax 6.5 OR in celestrial silver........waiting patiently

 

Can't wait to see it! Now, the question is, would you get an 8 ft bed with a CrewMax, like my pic above?

I would if I was still bending nails and needed that bed length for lumber rack.....but for now the 6.5 will do.......and the 5.5 just doesn't look right imho.....

Man I loved my 2.5 gen but looking at the front end it feels dated. I guess I started to get used to my 3rd gen.

Looking at the specs on the $73,500 Capstone on Toyota's website, it does NOT come with a rear locker--only Auto LSD.

Talk about a pavement princess. Poor thing couldn't even drive on a farm without tipping over like a ballerina walking on its tippy toes... Can't tow, can't drive around curved roads without slowing to a crawl, no armor protecting the front shocks from getting smashed up and about the same ground clearance as stock; very useful.

This hysteria about having to purchase tow hook addons for $40 is silly. I'd replace OEM plastic front bumpers required by law with a steel bumper that has tow points anyways.

 

I think this looks nice. if they can color match that part in MGM in the future I would consider doing it. good thing the black matches my vehicle for the time being to not bother me too much

 

You have to get the TRD offroad in order to get the locker. I doubt they offer the offroad in the capstone since they don't in the platinum.

 

I really like the bronze on that green. looks good!
