New to the threads with my 2022 Tundra!

    Hello there! I’m Jeff. I’m new to the forums. Glad to have a community to come to to discuss shared loved for these beautiful trucks.

    As of 3 days ago im the proud owner of a 2022 MGM Tundra SR5 Crewmax 5.5 ft. with Convenience package, as well as predator steps, spray in bed liner, paint protection film; stainless steel door guards, and all leather floor liners. I got all I wanted and more than I needed in this beautiful truck. Yes I’m aware of the wastegate stuff, but my truck has a factory build date of January 2022, and from what I’ve read and found in my research was that by this time the problem had been resolved and seems to be limited to a group of bad actuators in a batch built in November. I guess we’ll see.

    In the meantime this truck drives amazing. I think it’s beautiful. I fell in love at first sight. Some do not like the look but I fell in love love the second I saw it. I test drove several other brands and I loved the Toyota most by far. If I have any issues it’s under warranty. Even with some issues out of the gate in some (which isn’t uncommon truthfully, I trust the reliability and quality build of a Toyota more than others, they also stand behind their products and make things right. I have full confidence I’ll be driving this gorgeous new truck for close to a decade. Anyway thanks ahead of time for your knowledge and shared love for the Tundra! I’ll attach a pic of my new ride
