There's a pretty decent pizza joint near us that has a bbq brisket pie (their 'Smokey Pie'). I sub carmelized onions for the red onions; and they make it with a GF crust.

I made a Korean beef that was so spicy, my nose ran while I was trying to eat it. Fortunately I had some HEB Longhorn Cheddar Beef hot dogs on standby just in case. So my dinner was saved and Mrs. Bandito didn't kick me out of the house. Double-win.

 

Mrs. Bandito called the bakery about the mangled King Cake that we received. I ended up throwing it out (after a few bites). The baker said they were using a new middleman between them and FedEx and he's had 5 or 6 calls about his cakes today. Most of the people who called got King Cakes that had pieces missing and bites out of them. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten any of it.
