Just got my covers in the mail today. I started with the passenger side just incase I ran into a problem. I had Clazzios before but wanted to go a different route. Plus I got them for a little more than the Clazzios, couldn't pass it up. I will say the OEM covers are very well made and attached. Truth be told, If I had to pay retail price for the Katzkin covers, after seeing them and how they install, then I probably would just go with Clazzio. Not saying its a bad fit or quality but it could be better for retail price. I watched so videos on the install and I will be doing the rest of the seats different. For one I would just cut the metal rod and pull it out instead of trying to undo the metal ring and then easily remove the rings. I re-used the rings and it wasn't bad. Me personally, I don't think the tool is needed. Could it have made it easier, yeah maybe, but didn't want another one time use tool sitting around. The head rests where also something that I saw people talking about and having all sorts of trick to get the covers on. I found it quite simple. Start on one side, hold it against the floor and compress the foam , then slide the other side. Then just alternate side to side, no big deal. Had to cut certain holes, not bad. He's a crappy pic of the pass side on. will be doing the driver side tomorrow and back the next day.
