2008 Tundra Stereo (JBL) - Display

Hello fellow Toyota owners! I'm new to the group and have an issue I'm hoping to get help with. This is my 2nd Tundra, I bought it new in 2008 after owning my first one (new as well) in 2000 when they first came out. I've loved them both!
The display on my stereo recently has glitched. I've included a couple pictures for reference. The first time it happened it went away on it's own within a day but hasn't gone away since it came back a few days ago. Everything else works, I just can't see what option I chose on the display since what is shown in the pictures is the only thing I can see. The display also doesn't turn off when the stereo is off (it does when the truck is off). I'm hoping a fuse or something 'easy', any knowledge or suggestions are much appreciated!

This is your truck telling you to upgrade to a Dasaita or Rhino HU.

I have that exact head unit sitting in my attic if you need a cheap replacement.
