I'm not following you. You're looking for a new tailgate and new rubber stops for the tailgate? Or are you looking for rubber stops for the suspension and a new tailgate? Also, is it a double cab, access cab or single cab? All these details matter just as much as punctuation and grammar.

What year and cab configuration is your truck? A significant number of body and chassis parts on the double cab are different than access cab and regular cab. That and year are probably the two most crucial details you can provide.

I don't mind grabbing the part numbers for you from the Toyota parts site real quick, but I can't give you accurate info if you don't give enough details. I don't wanna be the asshole who makes assumptions and delivers bad info.

Once you have the OEM part numbers, it'll be easier for you to find somewhere other than the stealership.

Tailgate bumpers are p/n 9054111015 with the older part number having a dash like 90541-11015

The door bumper, assuming it's the same on all four and you agree it's the one shown in the pic shown below, is 9054109103 or historic p/n 90541-09103.

You should be able to order these parts at a discount through https://parts.toyota.com for pickup at the same local dealership who said they couldn't get them. I suspect they were just to f'n lazy to look it up or didn't know how. If you need to have them shipped, you can order online with no tax from Serra Toyota of Decatur's parts site. If you order more than $75 worth, shipping is free - so you may want to include oil filters, pan washers, or anything else you like for maintenance. OEM air and oil filters stomp the shit out of aftermarket brands.

Here's that pic of the bumper with p/n 9054109103, confirm it's the right part based on the location in the pic.
