    Has anyone cut out tailgate stamp and added break light I think that would look good if it’s legal

    No idea.
    It would look cool though.

    Probably a lot of work/risk and complications if even possible.

    i can't say i've seen a 3rd light that was installed way off to one side. Drilling into the tailgate would likely be the next deterrent.

    I always thought on the mustang lower plastic bumper it would look good.

    Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
    Instead of drilling you could wrap it and run the wires and lights behind the wrap. Another option is use glow in the dark paint on some letter inserts.
