My truck had the cats robbed from them. I installed new cats and o2 sensors. When i test the new O2 sensor data pin i am getting around ~0.7V. I've ran continuity test between the plug and ECU and the wires are Ohmming out as they should. The engine light keeps coming on and when i check the sensor data with my scanner it is only showing between 0.000 and 0.015 nomally where O2S12 shows the expected value of ~0.7V as expected. Any ideas?

What cats did you install? These trucks do not like aftermarket cats. Quite a few are getting a CEL after installing aftermarket cats.

I installed the walker bolt on replacements. I don't think this is the issue though since the drivers side has no issues only the passenger downstream O2 is the only issue
