Hello everyone. I am new to the group and am looking to get some answers to a few tundra questions. I bought my 2010 limited tundra about 2 years ago and have pretty much been on the look for new rims and tires since. I am looking for more of an aggressive look (tires sticking out a hair or two from the wheel well) I am currently completely stock and don’t plan on getting a lift. So, I guess my questions are; what’s is the biggest tire I can get? And what offset on the rims do I want to achieve the inch or so outside the wheel well? Also, don’t want to have to do any trimming of sort. Don’t mind having to remove mud flaps though. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks for any ideas.

Thanks for the reply APG. You might be able to help me with another question too. I have 20” rims now but plan on doing a little more off roading (nothing crazy) would you suggest moving down to an 18” rim.

20" rims are for donks and soccer mom trucks. I would step down to 18s or 17s if you can find any that fit. The taller the sidewall, the more potential give the tire has to provide more traction and help soak up bumps.

Whatever you do, don't run E rated tires unless you pull heavy loads constantly. They are also stiff as hell, ride like crap and don't flex at all.
