I've plowed through a number of threads about this and whittled it down to either a Rola Haul-Your-MightT3 ladder rack or a US Rack Paddler's rack. I need a rack over the bed that will hold a canoe weighing up to 100lbs. I want the rack to be high enough to clear the cab and give me plenty of room to access the bed. It also should anchor to the OEM bed rails without requiring any drilling, and to be easy to remove when I want the bed unencumbered. I don't have, and don't intend to get a tonneau cover, so don't have to worry about that. I considered the Yakima and Thule products but they're much more expensive, and frankly all I need is a simple, sturdy, elevated rack. I'd like to get a review from anyone who has a Rola or US Rack paddler's rack about how sturdy they are and how easy it is to get them on and off. Thanks, in advance, for your insights.

I have a headache rack and custom bed rails with a removable rear rack bar all mounted in the stake pockets. Solid and functional.
