Shy of 230K on the odometer. Code just came up when I was warming it up before leaving work. Managed to erase the code a couple of times, but lately it just stayed on. I crawled underneath and wiggled the connector and wire, and it did look pinched a bit. Reset the CEL, but as soon as I drive, it comes back on. Wiggled the connector and wire, reset, CEL turned off, but as soon as I roll, turned back on again. Thinking I might need a new harness. But does the speed sensor go bad?

Before I start ordering a new harness and speed sensor, are there other areas I need to diagnose that may have caused this code to pop up? I did read that on Tundras, the oil seal was the culprit. Would it be the same with the Sequoias. That would mean, replacing the wheel bearing and hub, or pressing out the hub and replacing the wheel bearing. The last time it cost me $800CAD bearing, hub and seal since I did not want to bother pressing out the old hub.

    TIA!
