Can this be a cause for concern?

    N/A…. Yet.
    I saw this when changing my oil. I haven’t had any issues with the cooling system but want to prevent a bigger issue.
    If there is a fix; what would be the best course of action?

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
    Those are normally very good clamps, OEM. I'd say replace with the same, don't use those cheap screw type, they don't apply clamp pressure evenly around the hose like these type do.

    Depending on age of hose and condition (soft or not) may want to replace it at the same time...

    Assuming they’re talking about the pink residue around and below the hose…..I would replace the clamp and call it a day if worried about leaking. But that isn’t enough to worry me unless you’re losing it and having to add back in.

    I would place a cloth around the area you’re concerned with. Run the truck for 5-10 min. If it’s dry, stop worrying, it’s sealed. If it’s wet, you gotta problem. New hose and clamps.
