I have a 2019 that has a steering wheel wobble ( like the old vw's) New tires and alignment has been done. No mod's to the truck. Its not bad but you can let go of the steering wheel and watch it shake back and forth. Any ideas please

Only at certain speeds or a constant vibration/shake? What size and brand of tires are you running? Most likely it's a wheel balancing issue. I'd opt for a roadforce balance and see if that clears things up.

Mine shaked bad after new tires. Brought it right back and tire shop tried again to balance but were incompetent. Went to a better shop to have the wheels balanced and runs smooth as silk now.

You noticed it right after you drove off from the tire place? If you live somewhere where there is snow, you could get ice overnight on the rims and it throws off your balance. Happened to me once. Had to blast the ice off with a hot water pressure washer and it was back to normal.

I get this if my truck sits to long on the new E rated 34" tires I just put on.
Flat spot in the steel belts, after a few mins driving at medium/high speed its gone.

Also, this is almost always a tire balancing issue.

SO many shit shops do not understand clocking the colored dots on the new tires in relation to the valve stem per the specific tire manufactures requirements.
Look for the colored dots on your new tires, see where they are in relation to the valve stems.
Then google that manufacturer/model tire mounting instructions to see where they should be before they begin to balance the tire and add wheel weights.
Carmax that I bought my truck from, 2 different dealerships in 2 different states could not follow my instructions and do this properly after 3 tries so I gave up and had them done elsewhere, problem gone instantly.

Also, some new tires can be defective and have exceptional heavy spots that are severe.
I had an expensive (to me) set of Nitto Terra grapplers put on my 4Runner years ago that took almost 12onces on 2 tires to balance even halfway good.
It is hard to get some shops to deal with this and replace the tires on warranty.

I don't think alignment can cause this, but I may be wrong.

Also, this can happen with badly warped front brake rotors, even when NOT braking as the pads are riding within millimeters of the warped rotor spinning.
