I have 2 photos attached 1 is of the interior panel down by the left driverside lock panel.
The top of the panel keeps popping put and I have had it at the dealership and they flipped the clips that hold it in place but it keeps.popping lose.
I'm concerned for.water and debris getting behind it as its by thr door and there's a bunch of electrical behind it including circuit boards.
How.can I fix this so it doesn't keep popping lose?
The other is the driverside door on the outside top right corner the rubber seal is peeling.
What would / should I do to fix this?

    Thanks everyone

The kick panel has a clip that comes off and stays on the truck. You have to take it off and put it back on the panel. It’s a tricky panel but it’s do able. Your other issue, can’t comment. Never had that happen.

Remove and replace the little pice of gray tape. Carefully with a razor. Will be easier if you drop the window and pull more of the run channel free. Replace with 3M tape. Use an adhesion promoter wipe on the rubber and the paint side. On the kick panel the clips will lose their holding power with repeated removal and installation. That’s assuming they’re all even installed correctly. Easily dislodged. Might be best to put new clips in. A good body shop will be able to help with both. Skip the dealer.
