    my ultimate daily driver build.
1- twin turbo & full engine rebuild to be able to handle all the power
2- transmission rebuild or more likely just gonna swap the transmission all together to something I know will last and can handle all the power
3- upgrading all the breaks and swapping rear drum breaks to disc
4- swapping all suspension, still on the fence if I should replace leaf springs with coil overs
5- putting a camper shell on it with linear actuators for easy access to the truck bed when I need it
6- fabricate all-aluminum slide out drawers for truck bed
7- fabricate custom steel hood scoop
8- replace front bumper with exact carbon fiber replica cause I HATE plastic bumpers haha
9- dechrome rear bumper and paint the same color as the body
10- upgrade all lights to led
11- after all the body mods are done, I'm gonna give the whole truck a full respray (same original color)
12- oh and gotta change the wheels and tires of course
13- stripping the red from all the brake lights so its nice chrome lights all around

still, don't know what I'm gonna do to the interior as of yet so any ideas would be great :)
I love the stock look of the exterior so most of it will stay the same with just some small design changes but nothing too crazy.
after I'm done with everything I might drop it a few inches or not, still on the fence on that one too.

    starting point

Why not replace the bumper with an earlier chrome or painted steel one? It's been done before.

I'm familiar with them and guys I don't recommend their product, they don't include everything you need and basically, just give 4 linear actuators that are worth like $400 altogether and charge you like $1300 so, in my opinion, your better off buying the individual parts yourself, you'll get better quality stuff and save a lot of money.

Yeah for $1300, they should provide a little better info on their setup. I'd love to see how it's mounted, attached, wired/switched, etc.

    wait..... twin turbo?!

I mean that would be amazing!

But, as it looks like you are going to put 10-15k into this truck... why not just get a newer tundra?

for me, I would drop that kind of money on pretty much any car I buy because I have to make it my own and that first-gen tundra has always been one of my favorite trucks so I had to have one and yes I know the 2022 has a v6 twin-turbo but my tundra once I'm done will be pushing out at least 700hp. The next build after this one will be a 2.5 gen tundra, I already got a 98 Celica and 95 80 series Landcruiser that I got to wrap up, cars are my hobby so finding the time to work on them can be difficult sometimes but I always get there in the end haha ;)

I've actually done a ton of research on this, eventually I plan on pushing a lot more boost. Suprastore actually has a lot of parts for these motors- https://www.suprastore.com/1uz1uenpa.html. They have H beam rods made for either 800hp or 1300hp, and pistons that are good for 1000hp I believe, that you can have built to your exact needs. They also have ARP studs for everything(heads, mains, connecting rods, etc) They can also rebuild and port heads, complete with bigger valves and cams. As for the rest of the drivetrain handling power, they sell a bellhousing and adapter to run a 6 speed stick from a Z, there's a couple shops who build a340fs, or I believe Lextreme can make you a custom torque converter and bellhousing to put a TH400 or other GM trans behind it.
