I was looking through my maintenance manual and noticed that the transfer case and differential fluids are not in the schedule for replacement. They are listed in the “additional maintenance for special operating conditions” which is dirt roads, towing, etc. on my 2013 the dealership serviced at 60k miles I believe. Anyone know why the fluids are not triggered for maintenance if you don’t drive in the “special conditions”?
