This thread moves so fast that someone has probably provided this information already. I'm not sure it's necessary to follow these factory instructions to the letter to get a good adjustment (at least this was the case for me), but they should provide the basics for what is needed. I found a good level spot, a clean wall, and used a tape measure and painters tape to set everything.
    Best.

Yeah, I wasn’t a fan at first. Ideally I would want black, but I’ve been getting used to them.
I’ll give them a few months and see how I feel. I have a feeling if I keep them that long I may just stick with them. Unless I find a great local deal on some black ones that I can’t pass up on or someone who’s selling their truck and is willing for a swap

I second @okcowboy comments and like these wheels. I almost bought a set some years ago for my 1794 based on how nice this truck looked:

I suppose the absolute correct way to aim is to the letter of Toyota's instructions, but you are correct it is A LOT of detail work which I doubt even the dealerships follow. I used tape measure to set the truck/headlights the right distance from the wall and placed the painters tape on the wall at the right height based on the center height of the headlights. For me, a level mark/tape was needed to see/set a good cut-off point on the wall for the low beams (High beams really can't be adjusted and just follow the low beam position). These LEDs project a nice clean edge that's pretty easy to see. Since my truck is lifted about 2.5" the tricky part was getting the level dial set right for "zero" at no load condition. This provides maximum resolution of the level adjustment dial when loaded or towing. Again, I'm a bit anal about this stuff but not to the point of following the Service Manual Instructions to the letter. The Rigid fog aiming was even harder to do as the plastic buckets that hold them have to be better secured first (bad design by Toyota!).

It looks so good, but I hate that you have to take the entire dash apart just to get to the center like that. How long did it take you to take it apart?

Dirt bagging out of the tundra continues. Purchased a cheap Chinese diesel heater and placed it in a pelican case. Game changer from the mr.buddy.

Linkit 3.0 wireless CarPlay, Husky Xcut, Tundra metal letter on trunk, upcoming .... Smartcap EVO shell, Rail system, bed cover, ceramic tint including windshield, tinted headlights and tail lights, full time gps alarm system with dash camera front and rear, bull nose for front, debating rear bumper, waiting on long gun locker for under rear seat with seat rail mods to sit flush and not raise back seat, Pedal Commander ordered as well as fender flares and tinted film for front logo and led conversion lights for all interior lights
surprisingly easier than I imagined, mine's a 21 Tundra and 2 of the holes that needed to be drilled already existed but had to be made a bit larger but the metal drill bit I had worked with no issue and I even used a cordless drill which was able to handle it, a corded one would def go a little faster but still wasn't an issue

The fit was spot on, the hardest part is holding it up but I used my car jack which I have a hydraulic one, not the jack that comes with most cars and using a 2x4 used it to push the plate up and hold it in place while I did everything

The nut fasteners were also no biggie using the technique they showed with a wrench and socket to make them expand and lock in

Sorry, I really can't answer your question. This was just an old pic I saved when I was looking around for new wheels - not my Tundra.

Got the Pedal Commander today. Only had about 20 minutes to drive around with it. Not sure how I feel about it yet. What mode are you daily driving with yours? So far I think I like Sport 3 best. Sport plus 4 is just hilarious. Kind of ridiculous really

yeah my drive way has a bit of a slope to it so I backed up as far as I could while still on level ground, marked that spot then Backed up a little farther and marked that spot as well with my level adjust set to zero. Then I installed the lights with the truck in the same spot that was farther from the wall and compared after the install to that spot then moved it forward to compare to the closer spot. Came out pretty much in the same location and lights look to be level from side to side as well so I think all went well. Took it for a drive when it was completely dark and no one brighted me….so far so good.

Thank you for positing the info!

Using Sport mode daily driving gives me the feel I like.

Sport+ is fun to play with, but IMO not daily driving.

Got it from a local shop and had them install it. I'll do most of my own mods, but that isn't something I felt like dealing with. Only replaced the head unit for now. Will likely upgrade more in the future.

Yes it is. Definitely remove them for install, the outside housing covers quite a bit of the light edge. I learned my lesson trying to do them on the truck the first go.
