Haven't had time to look at it yet, but I'm fairly certain I know a couple issues that can cause this, but before tackling it later tonight I wanted to get some feedback.

2014 crew max, 88,800 miles, never had any issues other than a loose alternator making noise and it squeals a little bit on cold mornings when first started.

Today I took my kid to school and the truck worked just fine. 2 1/2 hours later I go to pick him up and the truck made no noise while turning over. No clicks, nothing. I had to use the park release button to get it to back away from the house so I could use the wife's highlander. Dead battery? Starter? Alternator finally go out? Thoughts?

Battery would be my first guess, look at your terminals, put a volt meter on it if you have one. Just cleaned the battery terminals on my rav4 yesterday.
