Is this a air control valve or secondary air injection issue?
Trac light on, check engine light on, 4Lo flashing. Hear the engine, strong clicking coming from driver side. I thought first Timing chain but the failure lights look like Air injection issue causing misfiring. I haven't gotten around to get the OBD2 code read out.
Anybody had this before? Truck has 210K miles on it. 2012 Tundra 5.7 L
I sold this truck and the new owner drove it 100 miles and now this. Truck was fine 6 years with me no issues.

I charged the battery fully and the lights disappeared but the clicking is there although less pronounced.

Possibly an injector. They can get pretty noisy.

Is the clicking the fan? I think mine sounds similar, and it can make a racket at times...both 2nd gens I've had did that. What the truck running when you took that video??

Its the timing chain, possibly a tensioner. It had some clicking before as seems usual for older engines but that's extreme loud. It has to do with temperature too. All the lights went away after fully charging the battery and the clicking is less due to warmer temps. Def. need to take care of the tensioner.

    Code read out is P0016, P0017 Crankshaft position - Camshaft position correlation. P0022 "A" camshaft position-timing over-retarded.
Can that come from timing chain tensioners not working? Can someone shed a light what the cause could be and how to fix?

Needs to yank that valve cover and start looking. Sounds like a broken valve spring.
