Men and Ladies……I built an 06 to keep and drive buy it turns out I need a heavy truck to pull a recently acquired trailer.

I have spent a lot of money on this truck.

I have receipts for 30k and there are things I didn’t keep recipes on.

    2006
    109,500 miles

What can I sell it for or maybe what should I price it at so it will sell.

it’s an awesome truck I have put about 4K miles on it since I have had it.

    Toytec lift
    Tires/wheels
    Timing belt/ water pump
UCA, lower control arms, brakes, brake lines, it’s new under the truck.
Bed removed frame painted, under coated bed repaired. Bed liner sprayed w Matt.
    Upgraded lights

I did everything the truck needed back w OEM parts 9643F3BA-3BC7-4E90-BEF3-5B753C4393B7.jpg47979C21-7744-4CA7-A9CC-D5A0F7A7ADE6.jpg

In today's market, you might just break even on it. How many miles on that rig?

    Also, good work. Jelly.

It would help if we knew the mileage on the odometer and the condition of the interior/photos as well.

Not to be a downer but you won’t get $30k out of the truck

I'm not the best judge because I buy junk to fix so all my estimates are low... plus I don't have a good "feel" for the current market.

However, a new buyer/sucker is born every day so... what's your gut instinct say to list at? Hoping to break even or just get rid of it?

Satire: if you're just trying to get rid of it...
    https://youtu.be/isqYaFRQaLs?t=16s

But seriously 30 is way high for these, but you might find someone willing if you're reel lucky. May even be able to set the hook

I am not looking to sucker anyone. I am looking to price it where people will be interested and it will sell within a reasonable time. I realize 30 is “way high”….and that’s going to be my hit…..what is not way High?

there is a guy who paid 17k for one with 178k miles on it and paint coming off the truck

I am not saying you are wrong these are some of the things I see. Thus my indecision

That's essentially what I was thinking. Double Cabs always fetch more money than AC's. I would probably start my asking pice at $23,000 and settle for $20,000. It has low miles and appears to be in great shape.

    @Gunslinger1 Couple questions.

Why did you have the bed off? Anything wrong? It looks pristine.
Do you have a higher resolution camera you can use to take better pics when listing?

this truck had the plastic bed liner in it and rusted through in a few places. The bed was taken off to fix …cut out holes weld in good metal…..that’s why the bed was off….at that point sandblasted the frame and painted it.

This is how I got the money in it ….I would go to do something and find other things to fix. An ABS sensor is 400.00 and so it went ……

I didn’t mind it so much as the plan was to keep it….plans changed thus selling

I have to have a heavy truck now

How heavy is the boat/trailer? Are you sure it can't tow it?

I know a lot of people that buy a boat with dreams they are going to tow it every weekend and the boat quickly becomes an anchor that just sits in their yard. I've had neighbors who took their boat out 1-2 times per year. Trailering a boat to the lake every weekend is a ton of work.

I'm just saying, before you take a huge loss on this truck I would really think about it.

Nice truck, sorry you have to let it go.

In the northwest that's easily a 20k+ truck, maybe more in current market.

    Good luck!

I don't know the market in your state but I would try low 20s as well. Excellent truck even though its white.
