Its too hard to pick nits at my first gen. I’ve tried several times to have some sort of petty nonsense problem, and keep coming up short.

but there arent enough nipples on my tires. Michelin are dbags.

And i want my truck taller, but i dont want people using my door to climb in? Weld the pass doors shut? Take the pass seat out?

This thread should be retitled "First World Tundra Problems".

I tried to wash my truck today with a pressure washer at the car wash but those bastards didn't accept cash today (bill feed not working) so I had to use my credit card twice in $5 increments.

The shallow bed means more people in the redneck jacuzzi to offset the water the DC holds.

    What's the payload diff btw?

Sorry bud, Jellyfish launcher is really helpful. Maybe someone here has an aftermarket source?

That’s like a Chevy vs Bentley poll. When 98% have Chevy. Chevy wins. AC outnumber DC all day. Hence the entitled DC folk. “Let them eat cake.”

Well then you have to ask why are there more ACs than DCs? Even Toyota knows what model sells more. :D

most folk who stick around are lonely AC people, but the pop in for nothing are mostly DC people. I dont know if ac really is the majority, but how many bentley people will say a chevy is better vs how many chevy people will say a bentley is better? But dc people have to admit the ac is better.

More expensive doesnt mean better. The SS was so much more of a driver up to 150 than the anything else. The bentley might have ‘SS with a turbo’ power, but you cant tweak for cheap.

Case in point. I went to the dealer to buy an AC. The AC did not have enough room. So I looked at the DC and wanted to buy it, made an offer. Sales guy was out matched, I had an inside horse. At some point money came up when the bitch was crying about my offer. He’s like, you came in for an AC, but you want a DC. It’s more. I said, maybe I can’t afford the DC, but here’s the offer.

No it doesn’t. But at the time of sale, it means less expensive means more available

Dads titan was an ‘ad truck’ so a dealership could advertise a low no-option price. Its literally a miracle. Believe me, a decent nissan is a unicorn. But it was built in MS, and built like they had something to prove. Ive said it lots of times, but 290k & 21mpg aint nothing to sneeze at.

It doesnt take much throttle to drive a big engine. Thats a few dozen highway tanks, but the sequoia was 18 because of smol motor and tundra averages 17.6 because 4x4 and fresh plugs.

Im cruising 1800 rpm at 70 and lowered by age. Before the fuel pump i could give it up to 1/4 throttle, and i was still adequate in traffic.
