Tried to search for this but no luck. Will Bora 1.25” spacers with OEM wheels cause any rubbing or require trimming. I have the OEM pro suspension as well. Thanks

I think your tire size will come into play with your question. I run an 1.25" spacer on my Rock Warrior wheels mounted with 35" tires. I had to push the inner fender liner forward in the front. I did not have to do body/cab mount chop. I do have a 3"+ lift with aftermarket UCA's.

Good point. I’m running 295/70/18 tires.

FWIW, I had 1” spacers with my BBS wheels on 295s and rubbed the body mount on full lock. SPC UCAs quickly solved that.

Edit: I also had ~1.25” sag in the front because of my bumper, winch, etc.

Mighty Mouse suction cupped to the review 8 ball shifter. Driver side "Oh poop" handle. Smoked side window deflectors. ReadyLift TRD PRO +2 for front. 1.5" ProFormFab Shackles + 1" ToyTec block for rear. SDHQ Hidden winch mount with Badlands 9000 winch. 305/70r18 Cooper Discoverer STT PRO
What wvtriple said, I have 1.25" Spidertrax spacers on '19 Pro wheels running 305/70r18's and all I had to do was push in the plastic behind the front bumper. No body mount rub either.

Yea, definitely the front bumper liner, heat gun + a metal tube to roll them out of the way.

Adding to this topic, what is the max spacer without rub with a 285/70 or 295/70? Would something in the 3/4" range work?

Be careful using 3/4” spacers on the rear hubs. The hub lugs will protrude through and probably need to be trimmed so not to interfere with the wheel. 1.25” is fine and even 1” spacers will work with OEM wheels that have the “pockets” between the lug nut positions. I strongly recommend a high quality spacer like BORA or Spidertrax.
    Best.

FWIW, like you I’m running 295/70 R18 tires and with the OEM BBS TRD Pro wheels and the Fox Pro suspension. I started with 1.25” spacers and changed to 1” BORA spacers to help reduce crap thrown on the side of my truck. Using the OEM skid plate, the tires rubbed at full turn so I had to trim the ears off or could have bent them back, but trimming was cleaner. I’ve since changed to the TRD skid plate and wouldn’t have had to modify if I had started out this way. I also had to remove the front flaps and shape the lower front liner as others mentioned and took a little bend out of the mud flaps using a heat gun and small dead blow hammer. All easy work done in a couple hours or so.
    Best of Luck!
Edit: I’m running stock UCAs and 1/4” CB shims to gain an extra 1/2” lift up front.

Spacers actually make rubbing worse. For me, it took 1" spacers to bring the tires out flush with the fenders. I'm running 295/70 R18s:
