Where are the SR5s?!

All I want is an SR5 4x4 in any color other than black and white. All dealers around me don’t have any allocations coming or what they are getting is limited and 1794s. Just frustrating when you go to a local dealers site and find the exact truck you want only for them to call you and say that truck has been presold. Oh well can’t over, sorry.

 

Plenty of SR5s in the small batch showing up in my region. All pre sold for close to 60k with markup and dealer/port installed accessory bundles.

Purchased 2 weeks ago. The dealer I ordered from in PA has yet to hear anything about my order from early December.

 

They want all the high dollar ones available first for those who can't wait. More affordable versions come later when the hysteria blows over some.

Pretty good as far as getting stock out to dealers when they said they were ramping up production and shipping them out!!! I think they forgot to tell the chip makers and their employees their plans!!!!! This whole thing is a shame!

 

There is a 2022 red double cab SR5 at priority Toyota Springfield. Tell ‘em I sent ya maybe they’ll give me a few hundred bucks from the markup. They’ll have a white 2021 SR5 DC as well once it gets the steering fix.

 

I had one I reserved come in but I had to decline it since it did not have dual climate control. I can’t bring myself to pay almost $60k on a truck and have to listen to my wife nag about the interior temperature.
I’m now on the wait list for a Limited TRD off-road. Maybe that is the early game plan for Toyota, offer crappy packages on the SR5 to get people to pay more for a higher level trim.

 

Check with Joseph Airport Toyota in Dayton, OH if it’s in your travel range. They have two SR5s on the lot as of a day ago.

 

Precisely why I purposely got a SR5 so I can add the aftermarket upgrades as I see fit. I considered the SR but wanted the 14inch screen.

 

I hear you. That’s why I wanted an SR5 also but I can’t add the dual climate after market . I know some on here got a SR5 with dual climate but around my area the dealership told me it is much easier to get a limited since more are being made.
