Intro to furniture building

2017 Cement Grey Tundra TRD PRO

Lots of shenanigans.

I am moving and will have a 3-car garage so I want to build a proper shop. I would like to build a formal dining table. My girlfriend and I have been living together for 5 years and never had an official dining room table. I am looking at getting a miter saw and table saw. I would prefer to find a deal on Facebook marketplace but if I can't then I will buy new. What are some criteria that you guys would recommend? I.e. blade size, special features, etc.

I am also open to any plans for building this. I have watched a few videos and have a good idea of how to build it. I have built things in the past but never with my own equipment. It will be a herring bone style with metal legs. I need to be able to disassemble it easily since we move pretty often.
