I have a 2015 Tundra 5.7 with tow package. When the truck is connected to a trailer with the 7 pin connector, does the truck have a relay to cut power to the trailer when the truck is turned off. to keep from draining the battery?

Yes, the 12V+ Aux / charge pin in the 7 way connector is only powered when the ignition is on.
