I’m thinking of getting rid of the under the hood tank. Finding a bigger tank to install under the truck bed. Frame area. Is the OEM pump strong enough to pump from a foot or two lower?

One way to find out. Pull the tank out and connect 2 ft of line into the existing setup then hit the washer and see what happens

One could always use a different pump from salvage. A tank too!
