I’ve done my fair share. Pivot tables, macros, etc… but probably couldn’t trust the new guy. Also, you can’t be just passing that around the internet. We’re going to need a secret code and an encryption key first!

I was at Costco today and found a box of Belgian chocolates stashed away that my daughter loves. Must have been the last box because the price was on it.

I felt the same way - I felt like a dude was following me around, waiting for me to be distracted so he could snatch it. There would have been a throw down at the South Austin Costco. I finally ended up stashing between the jumbo pack of toilet paper and jumbo paper towels I was buying...

 

Oh yeah. On Christmas I was eating a protein bar (cue @1lowlife ) - it's more like a candy bar though. It's called a Cookie's and Cream Redcon1 Bar and it's amazing. Anyways, my VA dentist had repaired a broken molar about a month but the filling broke out again when I was noshing on my Redcon1 Bar. I wrote my dentist, he told me I needed a crown but he was booked solid until April so he passed me on to an outside dentist in South Austin. My appointment was today.

I get in there and the girl starts taking X-rays on the left side of my mouth, but the broken molar is on my right. I asked her why she was taking it on my left and she said that's where the VA said my molar was broken. They didn't want to repair the molar on my right because they weren't authorized and were afraid I'd get stuck with the bill (which I thought was reasonable). They couldn't get in touch with the VA so it was 2 hours of driving for nothing. They were super apologetic and kept saying "This never happens..." I said, "It does with me." I wasn't mad at all though because I was able to go to Costco by myself and got two hours of playing my music as loud as I wanted.

21 years in the VA system, nothing surprises me anymore. I do appreciate the care though. When I get it.
