I'll be buying tires on my truck at some point and I'd like to move to a 5 tire rotation. I'd have to buy another rim to match my current ones since the spare is an oddball size/rim.

Does anyone know if you can program a 2019 with 5 TPMS's? I want to be able to rotate my tires (with spare in the rotation) and not have to worry about TPMS light issues. Thanks.

Others will chime in for sure, but I think only four sensors can be synchronized at one time.
However, if on your 5th wheel you run no sensor and keep a (physical) eye on your tire pressures. Old school idea, yes I know.
I wouldn’t foresee a problem with the tires being rotated because the ECU will still be able to pickup all four TPMS because all four tires with them will be on the vehicle still.

Check out TPMS.com lots of information there and I'm sure you could ask them if it is possible. I understand there are 5 "slots" for TPMS codes as Toyota used to add a TPMS to the spare. If that is the case I'm thinking you could add the correct sensor and have it synced with your current ones. Good luck and let us know what you found out!
