    I have a column shifter and it’s got very little clearance mounted by the vent. On the advice of the company’s chat I cleaned with goof off followed by warm soapy water. We will see what happens now. I’ll let it cure for 24 hours as directed.

    Also had the dealership replace the window vent shades. They were replaced with avs’ and unfortunately the driver side is already unsticking (installed yesterday). Need to get it back to the dealership.

    Both. Not only too bright but, due to the angle, points right at whoever is sitting adjacent to it (driver/passenger).

    Use them all the time while driving at night, say to read something or when someone drops something. You must not have kids. Those animals are always needing a light for one thing or another on a road trip. That's where the red light really comes in handy. I just wish it was dimmer--less is more.

    Odd as it sounds, I may try filling one of the diode wells with a bit of Elmer's school glue. Goes on white, dries clear-ish. May act as a diffuser of sorts. :notsure:

    Then again, I kinda like the dimmer knob idea cause it would allow for adjustment and for those rare times when you DO need a ton of light in the cab.

    The driver might not allow for dimming. Best check with Meso on that before attaching a dimmer.

    Overlays came out pretty nice. You can see a little bit of silver on the edge of the passenger side but none on the drivers side. Overall nice fit.

    Aww man! I miss my column shifter so bad (had one on my 2014). I'd trade my mount spot for the bench seat in half a heartbeat. On a second note, enjoy the hell outta those KO's. I've had two sets on wife's suv and they're legit. Only reason I got Goodyear's for truck recently was I got a smoking deal, otherwise it'd been KO's all the way. I'm a believer.

    they had it allllllll day. I’d hope they would have heated the exterior up prior. But nonetheless I contacted the dealership and they said bring it back at my earliest convenience. So back it’ll go Monday. Hopefully something quick. Don’t want to be sans truck too long!
