Do they make a decent countertop microwave?

My microwave blew up a few days after the 1 year warranty expired. It was #1 on Amazon at the time. Seems like modern microwaves are all junk. Anyone have a 2021/22 model they can recommend?

Wow, things just aren’t built like they used to be are they! I’m still rocking the microwave my mom gave me when I moved out, that I grew up with. That was 24 years ago when I moved out and we had it for several years before that! Ha

 

I still have an old Sharp from 1999 still in good condition and works fine.

my kitchen aid from 2004 finally gave up the ghost.. got a new kitchen aid. we'll see if it lasts

I'm there with you. Mine works fine, but I've owned a Samsung, a Panasonic (2 of them, actually), a Toshiba, etc. They all seem to suck nowadays.

 

I am about to start shopping thrift stores for vintage microwaves.

 

The only thing samsung makes that are worth a damn are TVs and Cellphones.

Their appliances are the bottom of the barrel for top-of-the-line prices.

 

You forgot money, they make very good money!
