Toe and camber look good. Caster is way out there, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Did you request for caster to be more positive? All that caster moves your wheel forward, which would help clear bigger tires.

The higher caster is good. Keeps the bumpsteer away.

Yes, I asked them to push caster pretty high. I have 37s with Rokblokz mud flaps and now I don’t rub the flaps. Pretty happy about it. The tech was very familiar with SPCs so that helped.

I recommend doing a test to see if your axles bind at full lock and full droop.
Put front end on stands and remove both tires so it's at full droop, should be able to rotate the hub by hand. Then have someone turn the wheel full lock to driver side, see if you can rotate the driver side hub. Repeat on passenger side. If you are not able to rotate the hub, then your CV axle is binding. If you can rotate the hub, then you're in the clear.

Will do! What would cause it to bind?

Theyre angle, although they should be good. Seems like these trucks are pretty solid as long as youre not running a 3" strut top spacer. My Ironmans were set to 3.5" of lift initially, I had checked and at full droop they still spun like normal.

CV axles bind when they surpass the angle it can support. Since you've increased caster, it moves the wheel/hub forward, which means the angles at the CV joints are changed as well.

Got it. Thank you guys for the input. I’ll test it out tomorrow.

A degree or 2 from stock is very minimal. There is more of a change to cv angles when changing the height of the truck in comparison. But it still is a good check.
