Bull bar with led light bar, 35in tires, more to come.
Need advice. I have a 2010 rock warrior sitting on some nitto ridge grapper 315/70/17. I have rubbing and my front tires have been leaned out at the top. (Previous owner must've really wanted to squeeze those tires under there.) The tires are a MT rated tire so they are a little nobby. I was wondering if I got a AT rated tire(less blocky on the edges) if it would rub less. The truck has the bilstien shocks and they are set at the max lift of 2.5in. I'm ultimately hoping to not go down in tire size to much or get to far away from the awesome nitto ridge grapplers and make my tires stand up straight and not rub. What's the biggest tire I can run with no rubbing? Also will like a 1in wheel spacer help with the rubbing? Orgo down in tire width? These are 12.5 wide so maybe a 12 or 11.5 wide? Or do I just need to bite the bullet, spend the money and lift the whole truck up another inch or 2?

I’m curious about this as well. Where are your tires currently rubbing? I have 1.9” of lift and my 305/70/17 terra grapplers don’t rub at all. I am planning on up sizing to 315/70’s and hoping it won’t start rubbing everywhere with the extra .5” height and width. Skid plate and fender liners are the easiest things to trim back but it gets more involved after that. I don’t think extra lift over 2.5” total will be of much help. A small wheel spacer like 1-1.25” might help depending on where the run is happening.

1.) I would start with a aliment sounds like it didn't have one when it was lifted with and the tires put on

2.)after that find out where its rubbing if its rubing on Cab mount its time for a BMC you can get pre made BMC plates just need a grinder and welder or a fab shop

3.) if its rubbing on the front bumper area are you running a stock bumper? Might need to heat and massage the inner plastics for clearance or get a aftermarket bumper.

4.) if your rubbing on suspension parts need either wheel spaces or wheels with a more negative offset than whats on it. Ps this will amplify any thing in 2 or 3 if its a issue.
