So I had my whole suspension system picked out for my 2007. I was going for a level setup, and wanted to do 1.9" in the front.
    Front: 6112
Rear: 5160 (already purchased) and CB 1" Shackles (on-order)

When servicing my truck's Ride-Rite system, I noticed that one of my leaf packs looked slightly warped. At the dealer Today, they confirmed that it is indeed damaged and has mildly warped from axle wrap when towing. It was getting rougher and rougher, and this just confirmed my suspicion.

So now I need new leafs. I usually have a bit of weight in the rear. Rear cap + 100-200lbs of stuff in the bed.

Everyone is telling me to get Deaver leafs, but Im not seeing an OEM height leaf pack. Ive also seen Dobinson mentioned a lot. With the Deaver it looks like Id end up with a 1" lift from the pack, and then another 3/4" from the CB shackles. Thats more then I really wanted, and would change the plan from the 1.9 to 2.5" for the 6112.

Ride quality is very important to me as the truck is my daily driver, and I usually have 3 people in it. I also do a LOT of towing, and Id like to remove the airbags since the ride quality goes to poop.

Need some help here, not sure what Im doing at this point.

I have the dobinsons regular leaf pack, it's a little stiff, but I think once they break in, they'll be good to go, got less than 2k miles on them right now. I love them though. I actually havuled a stump grinder today, 1700lbs loaded at the front of the trailer, and she still had a touch of rake.

Like my 5+2 HD Dobinson's. I added BDS Recoil traction bars to eliminate the exact axle wrap problem you described. Money well spent for a Tundra!
