Hey everyone, I have an 07 tundra and am looking to upgrade the headunit(as the one in mine is aftermarket but very dated). I have the Alpine Halo9 in mind and was thinking about adding the Mastero information system on top of it. I was wondering if I would be able to do this in my 2nd gen and if anyone has any reviews on this setup or the parts separately.

Dasaita fits the hole well. They make one that also replaces the HVAC controls, but it is better suited for limited trim models with auto AC.

That does look really nice. I have read on a thread somewhere, that I can’t find anymore lol, that you had to tinker with the dasaita unit is that true because I’m not technically inclined in that aspect?

If you're not technically inclined, I would steer clear of the Phoenix Automotive unit. I put it in my '07 and love it, but it does have some quirks that require some tech savviness to overcome.

Take a look at the Alpine X009-TND. Mine will be up for sale shortly as I’m returning to stock.

It’s a do all system with every possible option that looks factory.

@Tundra1D6 why are you going back stock if you don’t mind me asking and they discontinued that model but it is a very nice. I prefer In-dash but couldn’t really find any, so I thought I’d compromise for the floating. Also how much would you want for yours.
