Recently started hearing a high pitch whine / squealing noise when first starting my 2010 Tundra. This truck has 181k miles and is in great shape. At 34 seconds mark you'll hear it almost blow off and goes away. It sounds like the noise is coming from the passenger side almost near the wheel well area. Looking to narrow down what this is and how big of a concern it may be.

I would imagine this is either pair of the secondary air injection system starting to fail or something driven by your serpentine belt is squealing.

You could pop the belt off the engine when it's cold and fire it up with no belt and let it run for 10-20 seconds to see if the noise is present. If it's not, shut the truck down and spin each pulley by hand and you'll probably feel one that isn't quite right. Your alternator and your power steering pump are over there, and it's completely possible that when you spin your alternator by hand, that's the culprit!

For the SAIS, I don't believe the system operates if it's cold outside. If you can start the truck up when it's below freezing and the noise isn't there, that would be sufficient motivation to go ahead and just put on a bypass kit to take those components offline.
