I just put a deposit down on crewmax SR 4x4 that should be here in Feb. Has anyone seen a stereo upgrade on a 22 yet? Anyone selling vinyl wraps (e.g. digital mud graphics for the bed) yet?

I'd reach out to this guy. Class act - https://tvdvinyldecals.com/

I saw Taco tunes got their hands on a 22 a few weeks back and they do audio.

Personally I'd reach out to https://shop.tech12volts.com/ for audio. You might even get a deal being a donor truck if they haven't gotten a 22 to work on yet??

Edit: why does Taco tunes as one word show up as *********. ??

theyve been essentially banned from the forum….some people had bad experiences with them. I personally had a fine experience with them and like their products - easy plug and play specifically for the tundra that sounds good. Many more (including me) have also gone through James at tech12volts and are very happy with him.

Wow…I don’t know much about wraps but when you wrap a whole car like that (in one color) I am guessing it’s WAAY cheaper that a new/good paint job?…so what’s the cost?

Last questions…what’s the longevity on that thing?…like what does rocks and bugs do to it?

It’s pretty expensive and borderline very expensive (at least for my wallet) for the good stuff…..many different grades of vinyl that influence cost, durability, etc. I priced wrapping my wife’s 1990 Jeep Wrangler (not an off road vehicle at all for her) and it was as expensive as a basic paint job. My brother looked into getting Audi s8 wrapped in matte and it was in excess of $4000. This guy obviously knows what he is doing. Beautiful job and a great color.

Not in the video I had to dig in the comments. Seems pricey for an SR5

$3-5k is average for a good quality wrap these days. It used to be $1500-3k just a few years ago
